Ordering and Shipping

Orders: We accept orders through our online ordering system, and through fax and email orders.  We can accept purchase orders as well, if your organization qualifies, and if you can pay for your order in US dollars. We generally fill orders within 24 hours of receipt, and will attempt to notify you if for some reason we cannot.

Insurance: All shipments are insured, so if your package arrives damaged, please be sure to notify us, and please keep the package in its original condition.

Within the US: We customarily ship via FedEx. The shipping cost depends on the method you select, with ground (or home delivery, as applicable) being the least expensive (1-4 business days depending on destination). Note that if your location is close to our warehouse in New York State, overnight shipping sometimes gets you only a higher shipping cost, with no increase in speed of delivery! We can also ship via other carriers including United Parcel Service or US Postal Service, if you specifically request this with your order. To ship to a U.S. location by any carrier other than FedEx requires that you first obtain a shipping quote, and then fax or email your order to us. You must use the printable order form. Note that shipping charges may vary if a special carrier is requested.

Outside the US: Our international shipping rates are very reasonable, as we generally use International Priority Mail (6-10 business days) where insurance is available. Faster options are also available. Shipping of a single test to much of the world costs under USD 45.00. Please write us and request a shipping quote. Because shipping rates cannot always be determined worldwide via the web, orders being shipped to locations outside the U.S. must first obtain a shipping quote from us, and then use the printable order form, via fax or email.

Taxes, Customs, Duties and other Fees: We charge sales tax to customers in New York State (excluding tax-exempt customers) only.  You are responsible for all other import taxes, duties and customs fees.
